Killer Hotel Gym Workout

After 2 weeks of working out in the hotel gym, I was getting majorly bored with my workouts. So, I invented a new one for this morning using some some workouts that Tina from Carrots N' Cake had posted on Pinterest. It turned out to be a killer so I thought I'd share


Simple and Sweaty. Just the way I like it!

  2. They are my least favorite too. I loathe them. I will admit on the last 2 sets I cheated on the mountain climber and counted each foot as 1, instead of right and left together only counted as one.
